Add Value Program

Our, "Add Value", program is specifically designed for the many Country Club Communities throughout the Southwest Florida area.  The, "Add-Value", program will give Country Club Communities the ability to compete at a higher level in an effort to: maintaining current members and memberships, market to future members, effectively market real estate and memberships, effectively promote an upscale and serious image to members and guests, and improve a club's bottom line.

We created the, "Add-Value", program because we understand how hard it is for Country Club Communities to compete with one another under the current changes of not only, Southwest Florida, but the entire country.  No longer are consumers rushing to sales centers and signing contracts on the spot; they are now weighing their options (which there are many) more carefully, and taking a long look at what Clubs and Communities provide in terms of amenities.  Ocean Line Transportation Inc. also created the, "Add Value" program because we understand the, "pool", of people now able to buy a second home, retire early, upgrade to a larger home, or join a Country Club has diminished. Our program will give your establishment and the people who market and sell your establishment a further means of marketing your communities and provide current members with the satisfaction that you continue to improve amenities. 

Ocean Line Transportation Inc. provides general transportation and valet services, two of the most recognizable and effective concierge programs.  While most of the hotels and resorts throughout Southwest Florida provide a combination of these programs, Country Club Communities and partnered Golf Courses do not provide such combinations of transportation service and valet. 

What are program provides is an, "all-inclusive", service which would provide members a favorable discount or free airport transfers (depending on the structure of the program) for themselves and family.  It provides not only airport transfer needs but a tailored valet parking program for a Community's Club House and Golf Course.     .

Our transportation program basically provides a community resident with a familiar, reliable, community endorsed provider which will give them executive type service at taxi-cab type prices.  Further, the program provides referral benefits for the Home Owners Association.

The valet program provides service for not only club house visitors but golfers as well.  For the golf course we implement what is called a, "no wait", service which means our valet staff coordinates the end of a golf round with the retrieval of a patron's car-so the patron has their car waiting for them (air conditioned if requested) when they finish off the last green.  Our valet service will be tailored to make sure it fits into the club's budget and we have plans which cater to seasonal needs and special event needs. 

At its highest level of service the, "Add Value", program can give your members (1) free roundtrip executive airport transfer which can be used by family or guests, highly discounted transfers thereafter, and a convenient valet service.  If a, "all-inclusive", package is not desired alternative means of implementing our services into your club are available.  Every Country Club Community is different so feel free to set up an appointment to discuss your options.
